• Do not rub your face with a washcloth to dry after cleansing. Just pat dry.
• Drink plenty of water.

Dry skin can also be caused due to genetic inheritance and has no permanent cure. Hence there are wide range of creams and lotions that are available in the market to mask the effects of dry skin.
